Small tiles and black grout can be a tiler’s nightmare, especially when it covers an entire wall with sloping ceilings – but the outcome is worth it. Our clients simply wanted to have a large, walk-in shower enclosure that wasn’t tucked into any corners. The large Hansgrohe shower fitting strikes a unique pose, but works perfectly in this large shower enclosure. The original flooring ran throughout the bedroom, so our client was keen to keep it running into the bathroom as well – we’re always keen for original features to remain where possible.
We replaced the family bathroom shower enclosure to follow the same theme as the en-suite. An original wooden beam ran throughout the shower enclosure, which could have caused problems… Instead, we installed a slimline shower head to sit just beneath the beam, which meant we could maintain the required height for the enclosure.
