This ambitious project required completely changing the purpose of this room. In what was once an un-used spare bedroom lacking inspiration, we turned it into a classy master en-suite which feels like it was always meant to be there. There were various aspects that needed to be changed in order to make this room work, including creating a new entrance to the room, using an adjoining cylinder cupboard for space and creating a new loft hatch to the kitchen. Once we’d taken care of the space, we were able to ensure that a large walk-in shower enclosure, free standing bath were and separate WC cubicle were achievable. Our South African clients wanted to have a nod to their heritage and found wallpaper that gave them just what they wanted – which we think worked really well with the colours in the room.
The entire project was a spectacular success. It was a pleasure to work with Chris and his team and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Thompson Bathrooms
